Order COLEOPTERA

Family COLYDIIDAE

(Cylindrical Bark Beetles)

Small (1-8 mm) hard-bodied beetles found under bark.  Some are predaceous others are fungal feeders.  A few undetermined specimens in U/MN Collection.  Not collected at Cedar Creek.
