Included in this family (22 NA spp; 3 MN spp) are the large aquatic dobsonflies
(Corydalus spp) and the somewhat
smaller fishflies (Chauliodes,
Nigronia).
Only Chauliodes rastricornis has
been collected at Cedar Creek at light. The larvae are predators found
in streams/marshland.
