The Back Swimmers (35 NA spp, 7 MN spp) are underwater predators in ponds
and marshes. Three species of Notonectahave been collected. N. undulata is the most
abundant. Less common are
N. lunata and N. irrorata.
Species of
Buenoa may occur in the deeper waters of Fish
Lake and Beckman Lake.
