Polygonaceae. Forb. Leaves alternate. Leaves are spade shaped. At the base of the leaf, there is a papery sheath that clasps around the stem. This is viny, crawling plant, often found with hard, triangular seeds. Often found wound around other plants. No similar species. Found in all fields.
